Booking Eminence Consultation

Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all clients booking an Eminence Consultation (the “Artist”) for events hosted at a venue (the “Event”). By scheduling and paying for a Consultation, you agree to the terms below. Consultation Fee & Credit - A $100 Consultation fee is required to reserve your appointment with Eminence. - The $100 fee is applied as a credit toward Eminence's appearance or performance at your Event when you book your date and pay your Event deposit. - The $100 credit is not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred to another person. What the Consultation Covers Your Consultation may include: - Date availability - Package & Rider overview (venue, add-ons, security, etc.) - Basic timeline planning and next steps - Estimated pricing range based on your needs Booking Confirmation Your Consultation is confirmed only after: - The $100 fee is paid, and - You receive a written confirmation of your date/time. Rescheduling & Cancellations - You may reschedule with 72 hours’ notice and keep your $100 credit. - Cancellations or reschedules with less than 72 hours’ notice may forfeit the credit. No-Show Policy If you miss your Consultation or arrive more than 15 minutes late, it may be treated as a no-show and the $100 fee/credit may be forfeited. Applying the Credit - The $100 credit will be applied to your Event invoice at checkout or when your Event deposit is paid. - The credit can be applied within 1 year of the Consultation date unless otherwise approved in writing. Important Notes - Availability is not guaranteed until your Event date is booked and your deposit is paid. - Pricing, packages, and policies may change; the version in effect when you book the Eminence consultation will apply.
